On Call Stadium Workers - Baseball Season 2026

Come join the Alliance Team for the 2026 Baseball Season! As a Stadium Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the stadium and its facilities. Some of the duties include:

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform thorough cleaning of stadium seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and other public spaces.
  2. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
  3. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
  4. Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
  5. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers.
  6. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
  9. Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to stadium guests.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Must be available to work any shift as assigned, including overnights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all types of weather.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
