JOB SUMMARY: The Pastry Cook is responsible for producing high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts for all stadium outlets, restaurants, and events. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, and a passion for pastry arts. The Pastry Cook will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to prepare menu items, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and ensure a first-class culinary experience for all guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts according to standardized recipes and company quality standards.

  • Assist with daily production of all pastry items to meet forecasted business levels for games, events, and restaurants.

  • Ensure consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control across all products.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.

  • Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients and products to minimize waste.

  • Assist with recipe development, plating, and presentation as directed by the Pastry Chef team.

  • Support with setup, execution, and breakdown of pastry operations for events and game days.

  • Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely and responsibly; report any maintenance issues immediately.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local health department regulations.

  • Work as a collaborative member of the pastry and culinary team, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.

  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • 1-3 years of professional pastry or baking experience required (high-volume environment preferred).

  • Culinary/pastry degree or certification preferred but not required.

  • Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions with precision.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
