Remote Stadium Operations information

What are Remote Stadium Operations?

Remote Stadium Operations refer to the management and coordination of stadium activities and facilities using digital tools and remote technologies. This can include overseeing security systems, monitoring facility maintenance, managing event logistics, and coordinating staff, all from a location outside the stadium itself. The goal is to ensure smooth operations and enhance the fan experience while reducing the need for on-site personnel. Advances in technology have made it possible to control lighting, audio-visual systems, and even crowd management remotely. This approach is increasingly popular for large venues seeking efficiency and cost savings.

How does a Remote Stadium Operations professional collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth event execution?

Remote Stadium Operations professionals typically use a combination of real-time communication platforms, project management tools, and live event monitoring systems to coordinate with on-site staff. They regularly participate in virtual meetings, handle logistics planning, and provide support for troubleshooting technical issues as events unfold. While not physically present, their role is crucial in overseeing operational workflows, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and responding quickly to any emerging challenges. Effective collaboration relies on clear communication, strong documentation, and an understanding of the stadium’s technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

This individual will own the discovery, build, and adoption of AI-powered internal tools from automating repetitive workflows to deploying LLM-based assistants that augment every team in the company. This is a builder-first role, spending as much time writing prompts, prototyping integrations, and reviewing pull requests as managing roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

 Ai Tooling Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and own the internal AI tooling roadmap, prioritizing by business impact and feasibility.
  • Partner with department leads (Sales, Support, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to surface automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate and select AI models, platforms, and SaaS tools that fit our stack and budget.

Build & Deploy:

  • Prototype, build, and ship AI-powered internal tools - chatbots, workflow automations, document processors, and data pipelines.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into existing systems via APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom code.
  • Maintain a library of reusable prompt templates, fine-tuned workflows, and automation playbooks.
  • Provide regular and on demand training across the organization.

Operations & Governance:

  • Establish guardrails, usage policies, and monitoring for AI tools used internally in cooperation with our Legal team and CISO.
  • Track cost, quality, and adoption metrics for every tool deployed; iterate based on data.
  • Ensure all tooling meets security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical operations, platform engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI or LLM-based tooling in a production or company-wide context.
  • Proficiency with at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AI APIs and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI workflow orchestration.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company, especially during a 50-300 person growth stage.
  • Background in data engineering, DevOps, or internal developer tools.
  • Exposure to enterprise security and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR).

Working at Momentus:

Surround yourself with highly motivated co-workers who encourage you to be your best each day. Momentus offers career opportunities in a collaborative, high-growth environment where you can make a direct impact on our product and customers. • Remote Work: We value our global team and proudly offer the freedom to work remotely.
  • Enjoy two complimentary tickets each year to attend an event at one of our valued customer venues
