JOB SUMMARY: The Pastry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily pastry production and operations supporting all stadium outlets, premium spaces, restaurants, catering, and special events. This position leads pastry team members while ensuring high-quality products, food safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. The Pastry Supervisor partners closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Culinary leadership to execute production plans, maintain quality standards, and support a positive team environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and develop pastry team members.

  • Oversee daily production of pastries, breads, desserts, and specialty items to meet forecasted business demands.

  • Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, portion control, and adherence to standardized recipes.

  • Coordinate pastry production for game days, concerts, premium events, and catering functions.

  • Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring product usage, receiving deliveries, rotating stock (FIFO), and minimizing waste.

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health department, and company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor labor productivity and assist with staffing assignments to support operational needs.

  • Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safe operation of kitchen equipment.

  • Assist with menu development, recipe execution, plating standards, and seasonal offerings.

  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

  • Complete inventory counts, product reconciliations, and required operational documentation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High school diploma or GED required; culinary or pastry degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of pastry or baking experience in a high-volume operation, with previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, food safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business demands require.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
