Position Summary

We're excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the F&B leadership to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites and seating. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations to support us in creating the best fan experience during football games.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Timely arrival to all shifts.
  • Communication of all availability for the football season.
  • Support the F&B team with delivering food & beverage to premium spaces.
  • Clean, sanitize, and reset all event spaces.
  • High hospitality service when interacting with fans.
  • Buffet support and/or attendant.
  • Work independently when required using your own initiative.ย 
  • Multitask and prioritize during busy periods, taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world-class experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food & bar service experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival, or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment preferred.ย 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees, management, and guests in a professional and positive manner while maintaining a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence and cleanliness.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required by state or federal regulations, or be willing to obtain the certification through company-provided training
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
