The Huntington Bank Field Guest Services Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for part-time and seasonal Event Team Member positions. Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best-in-class guest experiences-from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Greeting and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
  • Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
  • Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.
  • Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
  • Report all incidents to Team Leaders.
  • Thank guests for attending as they leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well-groomed appearance.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors
  • Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

COMPENSATION

Positions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event. Which range from Ushers, Premium Space Greeters, Elevator Operators and many more.

* A GSA may be assigned or reassigned to any post based on the needs of the event and will execute all posts assigned by leadership.
