Position Summary

Work you'll do

As a Consultant in Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support cross-industry clients as a Paid Media Campaign Strategist. You will:

       Manage paid media campaign operations across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic, Google / Bing, and other digital media channels.

       Support campaign planning across awareness, lead generation, engagement, conversion, retargeting, and always-on nurture programs.

       Conduct market and competitive research (using platforms like MediaRadar) 

       Develop audience profiles and media targets using syndicated research platforms

       Develop campaign taxonomy, UTM tracking structures, trafficking notes, audience files, QA documentation, and campaign trackers.

       Coordinate with clients, internal teams, media partners, analytics teams, creative teams, and platform vendors to launch campaigns accurately and on time.

       Build, refresh, validate, and distribute audience lists using appropriate audience targeting identifiers.

       Conduct audience sizing, forecasting, budget allocation support, and pacing checks.

       QA campaign builds against approved strategy, including audiences, exclusions, creative assets, taxonomy, URLs, budgets, and flight dates.

       Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities across spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, frequency, and lead generation metrics.

       Support reporting and post-campaign analysis by coordinating data pulls, documenting available metrics, and helping synthesize actionable recommendations.

       Support brand lift, engagement lift, and other measurement studies by coordinating timing, eligibility, vendor inputs, and campaign requirements.

       Maintain campaign documentation, operating calendars, status updates, and process materials.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
