Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the Infrastructure as a Service team within the Enterprise Infrastructure Group. The team designs, builds, and maintains automation that powers server and storage platforms across the enterprise. Work includes creating scalable solutions that streamline infrastructure deployment, configuration, and lifecycle operations while advancing platform capabilities and development practices.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $85.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automation and applications for server and storage platforms.
  • Develop solutions using Go, Python, Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, REST services, AWS, and Ansible.
  • Create scalable automation for deployment, configuration, and lifecycle operations.
  • Contribute to architecture, design, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
  • Engage in problem solving across diverse technologies and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead and own automation initiatives that improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain high service availability.
  • Connect engineering solutions to business goals and operational needs.

Experience Requirements:
  • Full stack development with several of: Go, Python, Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, REST services, AWS, Ansible, and automation frameworks.
  • Infrastructure automation experience including Ansible playbooks and roles.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, shell scripting, and PostgreSQL.
  • Comfort with Linux environments and troubleshooting across system and application layers.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile delivery.
  • Ability to deploy, customize, and integrate open-source tools.
  • Understanding of scalable design patterns, service-oriented or microservice architectures, and modern development practices.
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment.
  • Backup and recovery knowledge including enterprise platforms such as Commvault, NetBackup, or Veeam, and strategies like full, incremental, differential, and snapshot-based backups.
  • Experience automating recovery workflows using Go or Ansible, with understanding of RTO/RPO and failover processes, plus recovery testing and validation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle complex, cross-domain problems.
  • Proven delivery of modular, maintainable, and scalable systems aligned with business needs.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply them in production, staying informed on trends in automation, infrastructure, frameworks, and cloud.
  • Clear communication of design decisions and technical approaches using data and reasoning.
