Tech Lead Full Stack Developer Location: Santa Monica, California (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
A leading company in the aviation technology space is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to join their team. This organization develops high-reliability software solutions that power flight operations, safety infrastructure, and enterprise-grade aviation platforms. Their tech environment includes modern frontend development with React and backend services built using Golang, Node.js, and/or Java, all deployed within cloud-based architectures.
This role offers a unique chance to lead the development of critical systems where performance, scalability, and reliability are essential. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and leadership-oriented, with a passion for mentoring engineers, guiding architectural decisions, and tackling complex challenges in a highly regulated industry.

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in software development
