Seeking BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Full Stack Developer II or III IT108 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer | Full Stack Developer II or III IT108 [MontCo0010009]

• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data transparency. Customize reports based on department user needs. Ensure the BI tool UI/UX aligns with end-user requirements.

Desired Qualifications For BI Dashboard & Visualization Developer | Full Stack Developer II or III IT108 [MontCo0010009] (MontCo0010009) Candidates:

• Deep knowledge of dashboard development tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong visual communication capabilities.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Data Visualization, IT, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in dashboard development.

Skills Required

• Data presentation, UX/UI design, DAX/Power Query, Front-end design principles.

Competencies Required

• Creativity, User empathy, Technical agility, Design thinking.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Must adhere to County's visual branding standards for official reports.
• May work under IT department but functionally report to Finance.

Other Details

• Role will require knowledge of public finance KPIs and metrics. May be responsible for training end-users.
