Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintaining various areas, including residential and commercial spaces.
Duties
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors to ensure they are clean and presentable.
  • Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining common areas.
  • Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Engage in residential painting projects when required, contributing to the upkeep of the facility's aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
