Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Friday – Tuesday | Day Shift | 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Pay: $20 – $22/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time



Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming store.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can build and support a team, improve store operations, and create systems that ensure long-term success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 7–8 employees to achieve sales and service goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed store goals
  • Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Create and implement systems to improve workflow, efficiency, and team accountability
  • Support overall store growth by identifying opportunities for operational improvement


Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience required
  • Management or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
