Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish)


Location: Stockton, CA

Pay-$19-$21/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule Flexibility Required: Must be flexible with start times and available to work occasional Saturdays based on production and business needs.


Balance Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate for a home renovation supply store in Stockton, CA. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with previous sales experience in the home improvement, flooring, cabinetry, building materials, or related industry.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and sales.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize company software to enter orders and maintain customer information.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous sales experience in a home renovation, building materials, flooring, cabinetry, or related industry.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
