Your Support System:
You'll report to our Grounds and Orchard Manager.
You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Grounds.

How We Work:
Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska - Arbor Day Farm Campus
Schedule: Peak - Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM - Additional hours may be available
Season: Mid-August through late October/early November.
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something - it's worth doing well.
What You'll Do:
- Spend your days in our orchards and grounds. You will perform a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, mowing, pruning, weeding, spraying, trimming, and harvesting in the orchards.
- Be a part of the apple processing. You will take pride in learning and assisting with aspects of the apple sorting, cider pressing, and bottling process.
- Get your foot in the door at a local non-profit doing global work. You will gain valuable work experience that sets you up for other opportunities on our property.
