Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Everwell Port St. Lucie Hospital, Inc

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our behavioral health treatment team. The RN provides direct patient care, supervises nursing staff, supports crisis intervention, and plays a critical role in patient treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for behavioral health patients

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies

  • Supervise LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and support staff

  • Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Educate patients regarding medications, wellness, and recovery

  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records

  • Support patient safety, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient assessments

Qualifications

  • Current Florida RN license required

  • Current CPR and CPI Certifications required
