Job description

PM&R Opportunity with CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital, Opportunity to focus on Neuro-based physiatry.                                       

Summary

This position offers an outpatient-focused Adult Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to manage a broad range of neurologic diagnoses. You will join a collaborative team of two physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary group of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists. Additional resources include Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic services, Social Work, Psychology, and integrative medicine support. Teaching opportunities with residents are available, with access to a 17-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at CentraCare โ€“ St. Cloud Hospital.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite St. Cloud, Minnesota

  • Days| 8-hour shifts | 7:30am โ€“ 5pm 

  • Limited weekends

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $310,000 - $390,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in PM & R 
  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Our department provides comprehensive care for patients with neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions impacting function and independence. We commonly treat stroke-related impairments, brain injury and concussion, spasticity, spinal cord injuries, muscle weakness, and balance disorders, as well as chronic neurologic conditions such as muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Parkinsonโ€™s disease, multiple sclerosis, and post-polio syndrome. We also manage non-surgical sports and overuse injuries, emphasizing functional recovery and quality of life.
