Job description

Physical Therapist

St. Anne Institute is a human service agency whose mission is to partner with individuals and families in a supportive and inclusive environment to achieve shared goals and strengthen communities. The vision of St. Anne Institute is to be the leading provider of innovative and equitable human services through the Guiding Principles of Loving, Caring and Protecting.

St. Anne Institute is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our early childhood education program and school age students through the residential and day services programs.

Provide services according to individual IEP

Collaborating with classroom teachers, teaching assistants and therapists

Complete documentation including therapy notes, progress reports and annual testing

Evaluate preschool aged children to determine eligibility for services

Maintain open communication with parents, guardians and teachers about progress towards goals and carryover strategies

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, New York State Physical Therapist licensure, NPI number (or willingness to obtain), valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
