Job description

Are you an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician looking for an exciting opportunity? Join the dynamic team at CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake Hospital and be part of a leading healthcare provider in a growing community.

About the Position:
  • Newly Remodeled ED with 10,000 annual volume
  • 12-hour shifts, with 24-hour physician coverage

  • Flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends required)

  • 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours

  • EMR: Meditech

  • Competitive compensation: $285 per hour

  • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (forgivable loan over 3 years)

  • Relocation: Up to $15,000 (reimbursable)

  • Professional Liability Insurance provided

Qualifications:
  • Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS

  • ABEM preferred, but FM/IM with extensive ED experience (at least 3 years full-time EM with a minimum of 250 case logs in the last year and prior work in a level II trauma center or academic center) will be considered

  • Comfortable with all procedures: Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management, OB/GYN Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation
