Job description

The SRT group is seeking an experienced Family Manager to lead program management for HVAC & Engine Systems on all SRT vehicles. This role partners with the Propulsion Systems HVAC & Engine Systems, SRT Vehicle Program, and SRT Propulsion Program teams to deliver highly capable performance vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee sub-system development activities while managing risk, synthesizing status, and escalating program blockers
  • Responsible for meeting sub-system cost, quality, performance, and timing targets
  • Support all major program milestones from early governance through handoff to serial life
  • Coordinate HVAC & Engine System response to investigate bulletins covering product actions and new vehicles
  • Represent SRT HVAC & Engine Systems with the Propulsion System and Vehicle Program teams during weekly System Family, Tech Table, Tech Review, and regular escalation meetings

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in automotive product development
  • Experience with part management, change management, and source packages
  • Experience with cost assessments and management, including TPC, ER&D, and SFT
  • Familiarity with program timing management, particularly Propulsion System Development Plan (PSDP)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with experience in matrix-style management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with design, development, and validation of HVAC & Engine Systems components
