Responsabilidades

Como Lider de Grupo Arborista, desempenara un papel importante en:

  • Realizar y supervisar con seguridad todos los aspectos de la arboricultura, incluyendo:
    • Poda
    • Cableado y apuntalamiento
    • Aparejos
    • Mudanzas
    • Mantener y manejar correctamente los equipos (herramientas manuales, motosierras, astilladoras y elevadores aereos)
  • Llevar una actitud cooperativa y entusiasta al lugar de trabajo
  • Supervisar y dirigir las cuadrillas mientras se realizan los servicios de cuidado de los arboles, segun las indicaciones del representante de los arboristas y del gerente local
  • Garantizar que cada miembro de la tripulacion reciba la formacion adecuada para cada tarea designada
  • Garantizar que todos los trabajos de arboricultura se realicen de acuerdo con las normas del sector y de la empresa
  • Comunicarse, responder a las preguntas y establecer relaciones con los clientes
Cualificaciones
  • Pasion por la naturaleza, el medio ambiente y el aire libre
  • Al menos tres (3) anos de experiencia en escalada de arboles (DdRT o SRT) y elevacion aerea en la industria del cuidado de arboles
  • Licencia de conducir valida (Clase B CDL preferido)
