Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of the US federal government. The SAP Data Conversion Consultant will support complex SAP data conversion activities, ensuring data quality and integrity while collaborating with client teams to facilitate data migration.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data quality, conduct data profiling, and support cleansing activities with the client
• Assist in designing data migration solutions and developing data migration strategies
• Create technical specification documents to support conversion development
• Support the development and execution of cutover plans for data conversion activities
• Collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of conversion efforts
• Contribute to cross‑process SAP data validation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of SAP ECC, IBP, and/or SRM data conversion experience
• Experience with SAP cross‑process data structures and functional interactions
• Ability to analyze legacy data, identify quality issues, and support remediation
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Preferred:
• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA migration activities
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools or accelerators
• Exposure to data mapping, transformation logic, or cutover execution
