In this role, the candidate will serve as a Network Team Lead. As a Network Team Lead, the candidate will coordinate planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for development of assigned technical capabilities integrated into the C2BMC Network Enterprise. The candidate will work within an agile team and plan work based on customer requirements and program contractual agreements. Applies extensive expertise and solves complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed without appreciable direction and is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective. Erroneous decisions would normally fail to achieve major organizational objectives. Will function in project leadership roles and represent the organization as prime customer contact on significant technical matters on contracts. This position is accountable for the overall engineering, technical, cost, and schedule performance of the capability.  The candidate is expected to maintain clear and open communication with program and engineering management regarding status, staffing needs, and engineering projects.  The candidate will drive the use of best practices within the engineering team and will review capability artifacts and development practices for compliance with engineering principles, company and program standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.  Provide input to standard metrics packages to be used for program execution status, technical improvement, and management/customer status updates  Management of risk mitigation activities, schedule planning, and managing change requests associated with the capabilities Manage the execution of assigned ECP effort(s) added to the capability  Coordinate and resolve multiple spiral and capability resource de-confliction across the Agile Release Train (ART)and with other program ARTs  Lead Team agile and other planning activities to ensure priority and maturity is achieved  Maintain the Hive structure for the team and keep up to date daily Any other required tasks by the program.  Basic Qualifications
This position is for a Software Engineer on the C2BMC program. The candidate will be responsible for software development in Java for the Regional Applications/Battle Management Sensor Resource Management (BM/SRM) team in Huntsville. Under Preferred Qualifications
