Our client, a global retail and consumer products company, is looking to hire a Wireless Network Engineer in Beaverton, OR.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)

Duration: Contract โ€“ 12 Months

Pay Rate Range: $60 to $67/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise wireless infrastructure projects from planning and design through deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot large-scale Cisco wireless networks using AireOS, IOS-XE, Catalyst Center, and Prime Infrastructure.
  • Monitor and optimize wireless client health and performance using tools such as NetAlly and Ekahau while ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage enterprise authentication, RADIUS, AAA, and policy management while supporting Cisco TAC, RMA processes, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of wireless network engineering experience supporting large-scale global enterprise environments.
  • Current CWNA certification required; CWSP, CWDP, or CCNP Wireless preferred, along with advanced Ekahau proficiency (ECSE preferred).
  • Expert-level experience with Cisco wireless technologies including AireOS, IOS-XE, Catalyst Center, Prime Infrastructure, RADIUS, AAA, and policy management.
  • Experience with NetAlly (or similar wireless monitoring tools), ServiceNow, Jira, Cisco TAC, and RMA case management.
