We are seeking a Senior Designer and visionary leader to shape the creative trajectory of our most high-profile projects. In this role, you will do more than just design-you will lead. You'll be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and ground-breaking execution, ensuring every digital experience and brand identity we create leaves a lasting impact.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as a mentor to junior and mid-level designers and a strategic partner to our clients, delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of modern design.
This is a hybrid position, onsite 3x week in Atlanta, GA. For the right candidate there may be flexibility to work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creative Leadership: Oversee the full design lifecycle across multiple workstreams, from initial brainstorming and concepting to final, polished execution.
  • High-Impact Design: Craft visually stunning solutions for digital and print platforms that are rooted in client objectives and strategic goals.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a creative lead in client meetings, presenting concepts with clarity and persuasion while skillfully integrating feedback to elevate the work.
  • Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of excellence by guiding junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive critiques, and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Brand Stewardship: Define and evolve brand identities, ensuring total consistency across web, social, and marketing collateral.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Anticipate design challenges before they arise and develop creative workarounds that exceed client expectations.
  • UX/UI Innovation: Drive the creation of user-centered digital experiences, collaborating with developers and strategists to build intuitive, high-performing interfaces.
  • Project Mastery: Simultaneously manage diverse projects and timelines, ensuring premium output without compromising on deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional Depth: 5+ years of design experience, with a proven track record in an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id) and Figma (or equivalent UX/UI tools).
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor a team of designers toward a unified creative vision.
  • UX/UI Fluency: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience leading web-based projects from wireframe to launch.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategy to high-level stakeholders.
  • Industry Insight: A finger on the pulse of design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative tools to keep our agency at the cutting edge.
  • Impactful Portfolio: A diverse body of work showcasing high-level design thinking across various industries and mediums.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in motion design or animation is a significant plus.
