The ideal candidate is a strong instructional designer and curriculum developer who can organize complex information, manage projects from start to finish, and create impactful learning experiences that support performance and business results.

About You: Mindset & Attitude

  • You are a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently and collaboratively.

  • Proofread, edit, and refine educational materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and coherence.

  • Evaluate existing educational offerings and recommend improvements to strengthen learner experience, business alignment, and effectiveness.

Program Support & Effectiveness

  • Recommend improvements to curriculum structure, learning flow, participant engagement, and post-training reinforcement.

Collaboration, Communication & Project Management

  • Oversee content development processes from inception to completion, demonstrating strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
