Job description

Job Overview: This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit Senior Technical Associate Great Brands & Great People. We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as aSenior Technical Associatein Mississauga, Ontario. DESCRIPTION Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality. RESPONSIBILITIES Service and maintain customer equipment; Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; Install machines at customer locations; Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Total Rewards: CAD $49,900.00 - $62,920.00 annually

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma; 3 to 5 years in similar technical role; Strong mechanical aptitude - Education in a technical capacity such as a diploma / certification in electronics / appliance repair / electromechanics (highly preferred); Experience in training a team member.
