Seeking: ServiceNow HR Senior Technical Consultant (Remote)

What We're Looking For:

The Senior Technical Consultant (Senior TC) is a key technical leader on our project teams who designs, develops, tests, and deploys complex solutions for our customers. The Senior TC leverages deep experience and technical judgment to guide solution design, lead technical decisions, and help customers achieve scalable outcomes. We are looking for someone with willingness and ability to complete background checks and drug testing to work on Federal, State, and Local agency projects. Senior TCs bring leadership, expertise, and magic to our solutions!

Be the One to:

  • Participate in ServiceNow Development projects to configure, develop, test and deploys ServiceNow applications, reports, service portal, and/or integrations

  • Lead document configurations, reports, and development work

  • Assist our customers with executing testing scenarios and plans

  • Educate customers on ServiceNow products and solutions by delivering effective demonstrations on most services

  • Maintain standard and extra certifications, knowledge of new features with each release, and commit to continuous learning

  • Participate in story grooming and pointing sessions and ensure your understanding of requirements and point stories

  • Participate in stand ups and provide solution guidance to the project team

  • Lead Release Plan activities

  • Participate in sprint retrospectives by delivering well prepared solution demonstrations

  • Participate in cut over planning, develop, and implement release plan for solution components contained in ServiceNow update sets

  • Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with customers

  • Leads TC initiatives throughout the organization to improve tools and process

  • Create design documents for complex technical solutions and lead customer conversations to assist with requirements gathering process

  • Maintain the skills required to configure and or develop advanced ServiceNow features (ie Portal, Integrations, AI, etc)

  • Attend and participate in design workshops and design activities to help ensure requirements are technically sound

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code

  • Participate in peer review testing and provide test steps used during peer review for complex clients

  • Support Project Managers by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes in the RIDAC log

  • Seeks OCM support on internal initiatives

  • Participates in pre-sales activities as needed

  • Mentors Associate Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of Professional Services Experienceย 

  • 4+ years of Direct ServiceNow Experience

  • ServiceNow HRSD product experience is a MUST

  • Willing to obtain Public Trust Clearance

  • ServiceNow CSA Certification within 6 months

  • ServiceNow CIS-HR Certification within 6 months

  • Ability to travel up to 15% to customer locations nationally

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience

  • First-class communication and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn every day
