Position Description
The Role
The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction - from preconstruction through close-out.
What You'll Own
  • Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent
  • Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management
  • CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning
  • Primary client and stakeholder relationships
  • Financial reporting and executive updates
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Position Requirements
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control)
  • Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships
