Salary:58,200-72,700 dependant on experience and location

Full time: 37.5 Hours per week

We are looking for a senior Enterprise Risk professional to take a key leadership role within our Enterprise Risk function. This positionis responsible forowning and evolving the Regulated Entity Risk Management Framework and leading enterprise-wide risk policy governance across our UK regulated entities.

This is a high-profile role with regular engagement with senior executives and governance committees, providing independent assurance,challengeand insight on the effectiveness of risk management frameworks and policies.

Howyou'llhelp us make health happen:

  • Own, design and continuously enhance the Regulated Entity Risk Management Framework, ensuring alignment with Group standards, regulatoryexpectationsand business strategy.

  • Lead risk policy governance, including development,maintenanceand oversight of locally owned risk management policies.

  • Run the quarterly policy governance cycle, preparing and presenting papers to the Executive Oversight Committee on Enterprise and Local policy approvals and governance decisions.

  • Provide independent assurance and credible challenge to senior management on the effectiveness of risk frameworks and policy compliance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and Boards on enterprise risk governance matters.

  • Enable consistent adoption of risk frameworks across the business, working closely with first line teams,Complianceand Internal Audit.

  • Monitorregulatory developments and industry leading practice, ensuring risk governance arrangementsremaincurrent and effective.

  • Lead initiatives to uplift risk management maturity, simplifying and strengthening governance processes.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience in enterprise or second-line risk roles within financial services or insurance.

  • Strong experience designing,owningor overseeing ERM frameworks and risk policy governance.

  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives,Boardsand governance committees.

  • A sound understanding of UK regulatory expectations (e.g. FCA / PRA) and how they translate into practical risk governance.

  • Excellent communication skills, strongjudgementand the confidence to provide independent challenge.

  • Professional risk qualifications (e.g. FRM, PRM) are desirable but not essential.
