Great teams are essential to great results.SPM is a seasoned and capable project manager who demonstrates the capacity to manage multiple projects and staff concurrently, constantly monitoring company profitability and schedules; influencing changes that improve bottom-line performance, brand reputation, and client experience. They are a substantial resource of technical, strategic, and procedural insight, recruiting construction professionals to the company and developing teams in a scalable fashion.Qualifications for this position:Can demonstrate 8 years' experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects.Renovation experience required.
