Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Program Integrator / Project Lead to join our team supporting Aviation and Missile Center UAS/C-UAS Proof of Concept (PoC) in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is expected to be onsite with Government customers. Some travel is required.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as the overall Project Lead for UAS/C-UAS Proof of Concept activities.
• Develop and execute integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive PoC execution plans.
• Coordinate demonstration objectives with government stakeholders.
• Define success criteria, evaluation metrics, and operational scenarios.
• Oversee logistics, test planning, range coordination, and safety planning, Lead daily execution of technical, operational, and business activities.
• Manage program risks, assumptions, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful execution within cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Serve as primary interface with Government Program Managers, Technical Leads, and operational users.
• Lead program status meetings.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision support materials.
• Present technical progress and recommendations to senior government leadership.
• Coordinate engineering activities across hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and systems integration teams.
• Facilitate technical interchange meetings and design reviews.
• Lead a team of technical experts operating the PoC.
• Produce status reports, Executive dashboards, Integrated Schedules, Demonstration summaries, and final PoC assessment reports
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Military Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of DoD program management, systems engineering, or technical integration experience.
• Experience leading complex DoD technology demonstration or prototype efforts.
• Experience with UAS, Counter-UAS, autonomy, robotics, ISR, or related defense technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and rapid prototyping processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and government organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to government facilities and test ranges.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP certification, equivalent DoW Certification.
• Experience supporting US Army acquisition programs.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active {Secret} Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
