Job description

Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world's leading cloud platform, is seeking a Senior HR Program Manager to join our dynamic Marketing HR team. Since 2006, AWS has been at the forefront of cloud innovation, powering millions of customers globally, and we're looking for exceptional talent to help write our next chapter.
As our ideal candidate, you'll bring together strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities to orchestrate high-impact HR initiatives across our AWS Marketing organization. This isn't just any program management role - you'll be the conductor who harmonizes efforts across multiple HR functions, from Business Partners to Talent Management, People Analytics to Diversity & Inclusion teams. you will independently manage and drive programs and initiatives for the Audible Talent Operations & Programs team. You will lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, including process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery of key operational improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, and business teams.
Key job responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be diverse and challenging. -Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures
- Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including user acceptance testing and training material development
- Track and manage project milestones, proactively identifying risks and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Execute change management activities by creating comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions
- Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements across talent management and change management processes
-You will use AI to help simplify processes across talent, compensation and PXT projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of change management experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience with AI/ML technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
