SeniorProduct Marketing Manager - MMIC
MACOM is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to leadthe technical product marketing and business execution of our MMIC (MonolithicMicrowave Integrated Circuit) portfolio. This highly visible, onsite role isbased at our Lowell, MA headquarters and sits at the intersection ofengineering, sales, operations, and customers.
The ideal candidate combines deep RF semiconductor expertisewith strong commercial instincts and program leadership. You will serve as asubject matter expert on MACOM
technologies, shape new product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, anddirectly support customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & New Product Development
  • Own and drive new product strategy and roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer requirements
  • Translate customer needs into clear, prioritized product definitions with supporting technical and business justification
  • Develop new product business cases, including pricing strategy, cost targets, and ROI analysis
  • Provide program management leadership for custom and customer-specific MMIC developments

Business Execution & Growth
  • Maintain a detailed, rolling four-quarter sales forecast
  • Drive opportunity funnel expansion and new business growth across direct and distribution channels
  • Develop compelling business proposals for internal and external engagements
  • Execute deliverables for distribution sales, including design registrations, and pricing support

Customer & Sales Enablement
  • Serve as the MMIC subject matter expert during onsite customer visits and technical engagements
  • Ensure regional sales teams are fully enabled with up-to-date product collateral, training, roadmaps, and application value propositions
  • Act as a strong voice of the customer, advocating internally to resolve technical, reliability, or delivery issues
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Market Intelligence
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, operations, quality, reliability, and planning teams to build and sustain a successful product line
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive products, capabilities, and positioning
  • Proactively create product-specific collateral, tools, and enablement materials

Key Competencies & Experience
  • Strong background in RF MMIC Products
  • Good working knowledge of RF applications, systems, and end markets
  • Experience writing commercial Proposals
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (required)

  • 5+ years of industry experience in RF, semiconductor, or related technology fields
  • Extensive experience supporting customers, direct sales teams, and distribution partners
  • Proven track record with new product launches and new business development

The Salary Range for this position is $97000 - $166000.Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, includingbut not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education,and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligibleto receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cash bonuses, solely atMACOM's discretion, subject to individual and company performance.
