About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Operations Excellence. The following role is posted in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for the Operational Excellence Team. Operations Excellence Maintenance & Enhancements (M&E) Team, a dedicated team focused on supporting, sustaining, monitoring, and optimizing our automation portfolio in production. This team will provide centralized ownership of maintenance and enhancements, production support, demand intake, operational governance, monitoring, and reporting across all Operations Excellence automations, regardless of technology or delivery team. Our Mission The M&E Team exists to ensure our automation solutions remain stable, compliant, efficient, and continue delivering value long after implementation. By centralizing operational ownership, we can improve reliability, accelerate enhancements, strengthen governance, and maximize the business value of our automation investments.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns
  • Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks
  • Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions
  • Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
