    • Explore opportunities to expand and scale the internship program across local offices
    • Build and manage relationships with key universities and student organizations to strengthen Endeavor's campus presence and talent pipeline.
  • Responsibility #3: Cross-team support and collaboration (20%)
    • Maintain and update People-related documentation, guides, and internal resources.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for HQ employees on People-related questions (non-payroll, non-legal).
    • Assist with ad hoc People initiatives and projects as the team continues to scale.
Who you are:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role
  • People-first mindset: You care deeply about employee experience and understand how thoughtful People programs drive engagement and performance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships across teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in evolving environments and are excited to help build and refine processes

Position Details:
