Job description

Job Title: Senior Logistics Associate - Warehouse Focus
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
As a Senior Logistics Warehouse Associate at our Portsmouth site, you will support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory handling and material flow across the site. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting material movements, and ensuring all activities meet cGMP standards. You will also cross-train across receiving, shipping, and kitting to support a flexible and efficient logistics team. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to safety, flexibility, comfort working at heights using warehouse equipment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role follows an 8-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Friday.

What you will do
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely
  • Perform material movements, staging, and storage within the warehouse
  • Use SAP and RF scanning tools for basic inventory tracking and transactions
  • Support inventory accuracy through routine checks and proper handling
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily material movement demands
  • Follow GMP, safety, and warehouse procedures at all times
  • Support other logistics areas, including receiving, shipping, and kitting as needed

What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic understanding of GMP, safety, and quality requirements preferred
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas and operating equipment
