  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities while maintaining complete logistics and inventory records.
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits involving government-owned assets and inventory compliance.
  • Support multiple warehouse functions based on operational priorities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, kitting, equipment testing, upgrades, and repackaging.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory shortages, material issues, and operational challenges.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend or implement process improvements, new tools, and system enhancements that improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP systems
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with others and accept feedback to continuously improve
  • Skilled at collaborating across multiple teams and departments
