Position Summary

The Senior Analyst - Project Program Manager is a professional individual contributor responsible for supporting leadership through advanced operational and inventory analysis, performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and initiative execution. This role blends hands-on analytical work with operational coordination to help ensure that implemented operations and inventory improvements are effective, sustainable, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards, including requirements under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).

The Senior Analyst develops and maintains reporting and dashboards to monitor key operational and inventory metrics, supports investigation and issue-resolution processes (including traceability, quarantine, and inventory exception-related investigations), conducts periodic process and compliance reviews, and proactively identifies risks to timelines, compliance posture, or operational outcomes. The role operates with a high degree of independence, applying analytical judgment to complex operational and inventory management challenges while acting as a bridge between operations, inventory management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful alignment with organizational objectives.

This position does not have direct people management responsibility.

Analyze operational and inventory performance to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across Vangard operations, including areas that may impact DSCSA traceability, inventory integrity, or product flow.

Evaluate throughput, capacity, inventory accuracy, waste, quarantine impacts, and execution effectiveness related to operational and inventory initiatives.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Operations leadership to support decision-making, prioritization, and compliance readiness.

Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor the effectiveness of implemented operational and inventory improvements, including DSCSA-related KPIs where applicable.

Track metrics related to inventory accuracy, exception volumes, investigation aging, corrective action completion, and initiative sustainability.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs used for operational oversight, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness.

Support investigation efforts related to operational variances, inventory discrepancies, quarantine events, DSCSA traceability or data exceptions, and compliance findings.

Perform structured root-cause analysis across processes, systems, and data sources; document findings, corrective actions, and outcomes in an audit-ready manner.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Inventory, Compliance, IT, and external partners as needed) to support resolution of complex or recurring issues.

Conduct periodic reviews of operational and inventory processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements (including DSCSA), and approved initiatives.

Validate that documented processes, SOPs, and work instructions; including those supporting traceability, quarantine handling, and exception management; are being followed consistently.

Identify control gaps, deviations, or risks that could impact compliance, inventory integrity, or operational timelines and communicate findings with recommended mitigation actions.

Monitor execution of assigned initiatives and ongoing improvements to ensure alignment with approved timelines, DSCSA milestones where applicable, and operational objectives.

Proactively identify and communicate risks related to execution, compliance, data integrity, or sustainability of implemented solutions.

Escalate concerns with supporting analysis and recommended resolution options.

Serve as an analytical and coordination partner for Operations, Inventory Management, Production, Maintenance, Compliance, and Systems teams.

Support alignment between operational initiatives and DSCSA-related controls, data dependencies, and compliance expectations.

Prepare executive-ready summaries, analyses, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.

Support documentation of processes, metrics, investigations, and operational learnings.
