The role is hands-on and accountable for API design, event orchestration, integration reliability, monitoring, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Integration Design and Engineering

  • Translate business and system requirements into secure, maintainable integration services.
  • Build integrations that support Salesforce, accounting systems, franchise applications, payments, reporting, and operational systems.

Platform Operations

  • Develop production-grade serverless services using Python, Node.js, or equivalent runtime languages.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing, and dashboards to support integration SLAs and production operations.
  • Own incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation for integration failures.
  • Maintain secure secrets management, IAM patterns, encryption standards, and API authentication controls.

Franchise and Enterprise Integration Enablement

  • Help design and maintain a franchise integration registry to support brand, owner, location, accounting, payroll, and system mapping needs.
  • Enable repeatable onboarding patterns for franchise systems and third-party vendors.
  • Partner with Salesforce engineering teams to support bidirectional data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Create documentation, runbooks, data contracts, and integration standards for internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of software engineering or integration engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with serverless or cloud-native integration patterns.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, event-driven architecture, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, or equivalent programming languages.
  • Experience building production integrations for SaaS, financial, ERP, CRM, or operational platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
