What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Senior AI Integration Software Engineer within our Data & Analytics organization to design, build, and expand the integration framework connecting Large Language Models (LLMs) with Corpay's data and analytics ecosystem. This position falls within our Corporate Payments line of Business and will be based out of our Buckhead, GA office. Reporting directly to the Data Architect, this role will be responsible for developing and evolving a C#/.NET-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API connectivity framework that enables secure, scalable, and governed interactions between AI platforms and Corpay's Microsoft Fabric environment, including semantic models, data warehouses, and curated analytical datasets. This position sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI enablement, platform architecture, and data integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#/.NET development, API architecture, MCP implementation patterns, and modern LLM ecosystems including OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude. Success in this role requires a strong engineering mindset, the ability to solve complex integration challenges, and a passion for enabling practical AI capabilities across the business.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Corpay's C#/.NET-based MCP and AI integration framework.
- Building secure and scalable APIs that enable LLMs to access approved business tools, semantic models, data warehouses, and analytical assets.
- Partnering with the Data Architect to define standards, patterns, and governance controls for AI-to-data connectivity.
- Developing reusable integration components that accelerate AI application development across the organization.
- Designing and implementing MCP servers, tool definitions, and orchestration patterns that support AI-driven workflows.
- Creating secure authentication, authorization, and auditing mechanisms for AI-enabled data access.
- Integrating ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging LLM platforms with internal business systems and Microsoft Fabric resources.
- Building and optimizing connectivity to Microsoft Fabric Warehouses, Lakehouses, Semantic Models, and related analytics assets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced expertise in C# and .NET application development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience developing MCP servers, AI tool-calling frameworks, agent orchestration platforms, or similar LLM integration architectures.
- Significant experience integrating and working with modern LLM platforms, including OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude.
- Strong understanding of prompt orchestration, tool calling, agent architectures, and AI integration patterns.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, SQL Server, or modern cloud-based data platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI agents, agent frameworks, or multi-agent architectures.
- Familiarity with Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, and analytical data structures.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge retrieval architectures.
