Senior Graphic Designer
Store Support Center

We are searching for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for our StoreSupport Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040.
SUMMARY
Thisposition reports directly to the Director of Brand and Creative and isresponsible for developing culturally relevant creative concepts and designsolutions across Chedraui USA banners.
TheSenior Graphic Designer supports integrated marketing campaigns across directmail, print advertising, point-of-sale materials, in-store signage, digitaladvertising, email, social media, e-commerce, and corporate communications.
This is an onsiteposition. Candidates must be able to report to the store support center fivedays a week.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONBILIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned orrequired.
  • Develops creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, store initiatives, grand openings, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
  • Identifies opportunities to strengthen customer connection through culturally meaningful storytelling, imagery, typography, color and language.
  • Maintains and evolves the distinct positioning, visual identity, and customer expectations of each brand across multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, customer needs, operational requirements, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Brings a multifaceted understanding of Hispanic and Latino customers in the United States, including differences in cultural background, language use, family dynamics, food traditions, media behavior, and shopping occasions.
  • Maintains documentation related to graphic design work including filing, managing images and other related documentation.
  • Support the Creative Director or Director of Brand and Creative in concept reviews, workload planning, and quality control.
  • Works closely with other designers and provide constructive creative feedback, mentorship, and technical guidance.

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college oruniversity with a concentration in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communicationsor an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of graphicdesign experience within an in-house creative team, advertising agency, retailorganization, consumer brand, or multicultural marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge oftypography, composition, hierarchy, color, image selection, and productiondesign.
  • Usesartificial intelligence tools, when appropriate, to support conceptdevelopment, image exploration, content adaptation, production efficiency, andcreative workflow optimization while maintaining brand standards, accuracy,originality, and appropriate human oversight.
  • Experience developingcreative across multiple brands or customer segments.
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital design requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience creating work for Hispanic ormulticultural audiences in the United States.

LANGUAGESKILLS
  • Professionalfluency in Spanish and English, including an understanding of natural,culturally appropriate Spanish-language communication.
  • Ability toread, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionaljournals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions fromgroups of managers, clients, customers, auditors, and the general public.

COMPUTERSKILLS
  • Must be proficient withthe MS Office suite of programs. Advancedproficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, andInDesign required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Experience in grocery, retail, food and beverage, consumerpackaged goods, hospitality, or another high-volume consumer environment isdesirable although not required.
  • Experience with email marketing, social content, e-commercecreative, digital advertising, environmental graphics, or retail signage
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing,photography, or art direction.
  • Experience working with project-management platforms,digital asset management systems, or structured creative workflows.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for thisposition is $70,304.00 to $90,000.00. The actual starting pay will bedetermined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevantskills.
