We\'re looking for a well-rounded designer who can move seamlessly between brand, retail, and digital work. Candidates should understand how customers experience a brand both online and in-store and be excited to help raise the creative standard across the organization. Senior Graphic Designer, Brand Location: Phoenix, AZ, Hybrid Onsite 4 days/week , work from home Friday Pay: $46.00/hour W2, eligible for insurance and benefits! 40 hrs a week Duration: Ongoing contract, with potential for long-term opportunities We\'re partnering with a leading national retailer to find a Senior Graphic Designer who can help elevate an evolving in-house creative team. This is an opportunity for a highly conceptual, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys bringing brand stories to life across every customer touchpoint. Please Note: Only candidates located in the Phoenix area will be considered. This role is onsite 4 days per week and work from home Friday What You'll Do Design and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, retail, and in-store channels. Create compelling seasonal campaigns, brand moments, and evergreen creative. Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual solutions. Develop layouts, typography, photography treatments, and visual systems that elevate the customer experience. Partner closely with marketing, copywriters, merchandising, digital, and retail creative teams. Prepare production-ready files and oversee creative execution from concept through delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers while remaining an individual contributor. Utilize AI-powered creative tools and modern workflows to improve efficiency and creative output. Stay ahead of retail, design, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative. What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of graphic design experience supporting retail, consumer, lifestyle, or CPG brands. Brand identity Retail and in-store creative Digital marketing and campaign design Strong typography, layout, color, and photography skills. Experience creating work across both physical and digital customer experiences. Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of Figma. Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and emerging design tools. Motion graphics or video design experience is a plus. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
