Top Responsibilities: Senior Financial Reporting Analyst:

  • Prepare and review SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K), including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Support internal controls (SOX) and implementation of new accounting guidance
  • Assist with stock-based compensation and EPS calculations
