Job Title: Agile Product Management Senior Analyst
Position Summary
As an Agile Product Management Senior Analyst at Allegiance, you will serve as a Product Owner/Business Analyst within an Agile development team. You will translate business requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and support Agile delivery across TPA platforms, reporting tools, and client/member portal applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with guidance from Product Managers.
  • Break down business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning and iteration goals.
  • Act as the voice of the business for the Agile delivery team.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarify requirements and resolve functional questions during development.
  • Support UAT by creating test scenarios, validating features, and managing defects.
  • Perform basic SQL-based data validation and verify data integrity.
  • Prepare release notes and assist with end-user training.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Software Delivery.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile backlogs.

Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of web applications, databases, APIs, and Agile methodologies.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
