Role: Advanced Database Administrator
Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex database systems
- Optimize database performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve database problems
- Develop and implement database security best practices
- Manage database backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Analyze data and be able to offer solutions to correct and consolidate data
- Work with developers and other IT professionals to ensure that database systems meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Experience with Postgre SQL
- Experience with database design, performance tuning, and security
