Job description

Koniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Cyber Engineer III with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 years’ experience in project management.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.
  • Demonstrated participation in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.
  • Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoD Directives and DoD Instructions.
  • Must have relevant industry credentials such as:
  • Certified Information Systems Security
  • Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
  • Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, or related science or engineering field.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Military or DoW experience.

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI clearance
