Job description

Job Summary

  • As a Client Partner within the Diversified domain, you will play a key role in developing and expanding strategic client relationships, driving AI-first solutions across Automotive, manufacturing, utility, energy, TTH(Travel related) organizations.
  • You will lead client engagements and act as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives with client objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and deepen relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Diversified organizations.
  • Owned revenue and growth targets across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities
  • Act as a trusted partner by understanding the intersection of business strategy, industry regulations, Data Analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics / Engineering and Presales teams to define customized solutions using AI/ML, Data, and Analytics.
  • Partner with the GTMs and Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. 
  • Act as the escalation point and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support new business development efforts via proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop AI-led value propositions

Experience

• 5–15 years in Client-facing roles (e.g., Account management, Consulting)

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics solutions

• Experience managing minimum 5MN accounts is a plus.

Technical Fluency

• Ability to understand and position AI-driven solutions (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, computer vision).

• Exposure to modern Data platforms (e.g., Master Data Management, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS).

• Comfort working with technical teams to translate business problems into Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions. Soft Skills

• Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
