Position Title: Graphic Designer (Full-time)


If you have a desire to work with an organization whose vision is to create a community of changemakers and has a mission to inspire, impact, and enrich our community, then let’s talk. DreamLarge is looking to add a full-time designer to its team of leaders. 


We are seeking an organized, creative graphic designer to work alongside our experienced changemakers to help drive our initiatives to the next level. Our team is composed of entrepreneurial thinkers who are passionate about bringing visions to life, adept at juggling many tasks, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.


In this role, you’ll be ideating, creating, managing, and executing on DreamLarge marketing and design needs across our community-based initiatives and nonprofit partners. 

In addition to working alongside the DreamLarge team, you should also be comfortable working with clients to identify their needs, managing relationships, and identifying campaign opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Create cohesive visual concepts to communicate information
  • Creating space making, storytelling and marketing materials across an array of mediums, including digital graphics, signage, websites, branding and more
  • Co-create multi-platform marketing campaigns
  • Ideate and execute on design needs 
  • Oversee and execute projects from start to completion
  • Work closely with external and internal clients in bringing initiatives to life
  • Help to create, manage, and work within budgets
  • Attend planning and client meetings.


Ideal Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, 
  • Videography and Editing
  • Knowledge of SquareSpace, Wordpress and content management systems
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
