Job description

Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Reporting Analyst 3 to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, report validation, data analysis, reporting-process management, and reporting documentation supporting IHSC's operational, clinical, program, and management information needs. All configuration and development activities are performed within authorized Government-managed platforms and environments, subject to Government oversight
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government
Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, data analysis, or related functions
  • Proficiency with reporting, visualization, spreadsheet, database-query, and business-intelligence technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of reporting design, data validation, metrics development, and data-quality principles
  • Ability to translate reporting requirements into accurate and usable reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, update, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and related reporting products
  • Gather and document reporting requirements, measures, calculations, definitions, filters, business rules, and data sources
  • Extract, analyze, reconcile, and validate data used in reports and dashboards
  • Conduct data-quality checks and investigate reporting discrepancies, anomalies, missing data, or inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain report catalogs, report documentation, data definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting procedures
  • Analyze reporting trends and variances and communicate significant findings to stakeholders
  • Automate or streamline approved reporting processes within authorized Government-managed environments
  • Document requirements and support testing, validation, and user feedback for Government-approved enhancements to reporting tools and processes
  • Coordinate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issues
  • Perform reporting-quality reviews and validate reports/dashboards for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability before release
  • Compile and organize data and prepare draft supporting analyses for audits, reviews, and executive/external inquiries (Government officials retain responsibility for approving and issuing official responses)
  • Maintain required reporting records and documentation in authorized Government repositories

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare, Health IT, clinical, operational, or Federal reporting environments
  • Existing federal security clearance or public trust determination
  • Experience supporting EHR-generated data or federal health program reporting
  • Familiarity with Government-managed reporting environments and change-control/approval workflows
