Job description

Job Title: Data Reports Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and analytical reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data extraction and transformation
  • Develop reports using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and document data models, report logic, and metadata definitions
  • Support data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Experience in report development and data analysis
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Tableau
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations for business users
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services or AWS analytics tools
  • Experience in scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodologies
  • Experience in the healthcare, financial, or government sectors is a plus
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
